The incident happened at the Murtala International Airport in Lagos while Davido and his crew were about to travel out of the country for business.
The journalist said the show of shame had affected the way he viewed Davido because “it showed clearly that he has allowed his little fame and his father’s wealth to get into his head.” The revelation came on the heels of the August 5 exclusive by Transport & Business Express to the effect that Davido, the MTN Pulse Ambassador, recently slapped a female journalist for daring to ask him a question he did not like.
Davido and his bodyguards had been recently reported to have beaten up his girlfriend named Susie and a taxi driver at the premises of a hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, after she allegedly saw Davido with another girl when she entered the hotel room. The publicist for Davido, who advertises himself as “Omo Baba Olowo” (Rich Man’s Son) however denied that he beat up Susie
